1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Andre McCauley, LLC (doing business as Cauley Leads; "Cauley Leads," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you interact with us, when you submit an opt-in form on our website, when our representatives capture your consent by phone, or when you visit cauleyleads.com or legal.cauleyleads.com.

2. Scope
This policy covers personal information collected through our websites (including the opt-in form at cauleyleads.com/opt-in), voice calls handled by Cauley Leads representatives, SMS messages we send, our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and any forms or communications you submit to us. Cauley Leads is the controller of all personal information described in this policy, including all SMS consent records.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the customer-communication service. Categories of information we collect:
- Identity information: full name, business name (if you are a trade business owner signing up for our service), and any address you provide.
- Contact information: mobile phone number, email address.
- Service request information: the trade service requested (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, pest control, or related), notes about the job, scheduling preferences, and quote details.
- SMS opt-in consent records: when you opt in via the web form at cauleyleads.com/opt-in we record the date and time of opt-in, the IP address used, the specific consent checkboxes you ticked (marketing, non-marketing, or both), the exact disclosure text shown to you, and the form version. When consent is captured by phone, we record the timestamp, channel, script version, and capturing agent.
- Message activity: records of SMS messages sent and received, message status (delivered, failed, opt-out), and any keywords you reply with (STOP, HELP, START, etc.).
- Website technical data: aggregate, anonymized analytics from our website (page views, referral source, country) collected via Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
4. How we use your information
We use your information solely for the purposes of operating the service you have engaged Cauley Leads for. Specifically:
- To schedule, confirm, and update you about service appointments by SMS, voice, or email.
- To send non-marketing SMS messages — including appointment reminders, service notifications, quote follow-ups, and review requests — to consumers who have opted in to the non-marketing SMS category.
- To send marketing SMS messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates from Cauley Leads — only to consumers who have separately and explicitly opted in to the marketing SMS category.
- To respond to your inbound questions and provide customer support.
- To maintain consent records as required by U.S. carrier, TCR, and TCPA rules.
- To comply with applicable law and to improve service quality.
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or profile-building for advertising.
5. SMS communications
Cauley Leads operates two distinct SMS consent categories. You may opt in to either, both, or neither. The two categories are captured by separate checkboxes on the opt-in form, both unchecked by default.
5.1 Non-marketing SMS
If you opt in to non-marketing SMS, you will receive transactional service messages: appointment reminders, service notifications, quote follow-ups, and review requests.
5.2 Marketing SMS
If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, you will receive marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates from Cauley Leads.
5.3 Message frequency, rates, opt-out, and help
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact contact@cauleyleads.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Information sharing and disclosure

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances, and never for marketing or promotional purposes:
- Subcontractors and support-service providers. We share information with subcontractors (for example, our SMS messaging provider and our CRM provider) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service, including customer support. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- Service operation with the trade business. When you have requested a service from a trade business that Cauley Leads operates customer-communication for, we share the operational information needed to fulfill the job (name, address, phone number, service request). The trade business does not receive your SMS opt-in record, your consent timestamp, your message history, or any other consent data, except confirmation that you have consented to receive Cauley Leads communications about that job.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cauley Leads or others.
- Business transfers. If Cauley Leads is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The acquirer must continue to honor this Privacy Policy and the SMS non-sharing statement above.
We do not sell personal information. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not buy, sell, or trade leads. Cauley Leads has no affiliate marketing partners and does not participate in affiliate lead-generation.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of four years after the last message activity, in accordance with U.S. TCPA recordkeeping guidance. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time as described in Section 9.
8. Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions for our staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we apply industry-standard practices to the data you trust us with.
9. Your rights and choices
You have the following rights, subject to applicable law:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- SMS opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out separately from marketing SMS, non-marketing SMS, or both. Opting out of SMS does not delete your other records; use the deletion request above for full removal.

10. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Cauley Leads does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise your CCPA rights, email contact@cauleyleads.com.
11. Children's privacy
Cauley Leads' services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete the information.
12. International users
Cauley Leads operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email to active customers if and where required by law. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
